Terms of Service – Fluxora

GENERAL
Fluxora provides IPTV subscription services. Multiple devices can be connected simultaneously; however, you must specify the number of devices when selecting your subscription plan.

Please note that IPTV services worldwide may occasionally experience buffering, freezing, or non-functional content. Channels and Video on Demand (VOD) content included in any package may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Subscription credentials are typically delivered to the client’s registered email within one (1) business day after successful payment. It is the client’s responsibility to understand how IPTV services work and ensure compatibility with their devices.

We also provide reseller support for panel-related issues.

SERVICE CANCELLATION
You are not required to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription. If you choose to stop using the service, your subscription will simply expire at the end of the current billing period.

No additional fees are required to cancel or pause your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
All IPTV subscription codes purchased from Fluxora will remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

If you experience issues with servers or content, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Fluxora does not sell IPTV devices or hardware. Customers are responsible for purchasing and setting up their own compatible devices.

If you wish to upgrade your subscription (e.g., add more connections or extend duration), please contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase, and we will assist you accordingly.

PAYMENT
All payments must be completed in full before subscription credentials are issued. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated for the selected duration.

If you encounter any issues related to your subscription after payment, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
